Vranckx, Agnes (Bibi Anisha)

   France. Contemporary political activist. She became secretary of a Gypsy organization in Belgium and then helped to set up the Common Market Gypsy Committee of the International Romani Union and, later, the West European Gypsy Council. She later moved to Rajasthan.
