Cica, Dzintsars

   Latvia. Student and singer. He represented Latvia in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest held in Copenhagen in 2003 with his own composition "You Are Summer" and placed ninth. Cica sings in a children's choir in the town of Talsi and has performed with several Romany groups. CD: Come and Sing.
