Jusuf, Shaip (Saip)

   Skopje, Macedonia. Teacher and writer. He helped in the establishment of the International Romani Union and was a scholar of Romani grammar. Jusuf visited the first Chandigarh Festival and used many loans from Indian languages in his writing. He published a biography of Tito in Romani in 1978 and a Romani grammar in 1980.
