Network of Cities

Network of Cities
   The Network of Cities Interested in Roma/Gypsy Issues was set up by the Standing Conference of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe following its Resolution 249 of 1993. It has held a series of hearings on human rights and legal issues. The second hearing took place in Kosice, Slovakia, and the third in 1996 in Ploesti, Romania.
