Debicki, Edward
(1931- )
   Poland. Poet. His brainchild is the Gypsy music festival in Gorzów Wielkopolski, which has run annually since 1989. In addition to music, it has featured films, exhibitions, book promotions, and more recently seminars related to Gypsy culture. He is also director of the Gypsy music group Terno and has written a novel Tel Nango Boliben [Under the Open Sky] published in 1993 (available in Polish and Romani).
