Gypsy Council for Education, Culture, Welfare and Civil Rights

Gypsy Council for Education, Culture, Welfare and Civil Rights
United Kingdom. Chair: Vacant following the death of Charles Smith. Vice chair: Daniel Baker. This was for several years the new name of the National Gypsy Education Council. It took over the former's constitution but has had a wider area of responsibility than education alone (as the name indicates).
Recently it has been using the abbreviated title Gypsy Council.
   See also Gypsy Council.
