Dodds, Norman
(1903-1965)
   England. Politician. He was a Labour member of Parliament in the United Kingdom who fought for Gypsy rights. At one time he opened a caravan camp on his own land. He was to die before seeing the fruits of his efforts in the Caravan Sites Act of 1968.
