Osztojkan, Bela
(1948- )
   Hungary. Poet. He is the chief editor of Phralipe, a monthly Romani literary magazine and the president of Phralipe, the Free Organization of Gypsies, a Hungarian Roma Rights group. His publications include a book of poems, a collection of short stories titled Nincs itton az isten [God Isn't Home], and the novel Atyin Joskanak nincs, aki megfizesse [Nobody Will Pay for Atyin Joska].
