Puxon, Grattan
(1939- )
   England. Journalist and political activist. Puxon went to Ireland and there became involved with the campaign of the Travelers to get caravan sites. After returning to England in 1966, he helped set up the Gypsy Council, of which he was the first secretary. In 1971, he organized the first World Romany Congress and became secretary of the International Romani Union. He served as its secretary until the third World Romany Congress. He is currently the organizer of Ustiben.
