Standing Conference for Cooperation and Coordination of Romani Associations in Europe
   This body was founded in July 1994, in Strasbourg, France, and brings together representatives from some 40 Gypsy organizations. Meetings have been held at various locations, starting with Warsaw on 19-20 January 1996.
